This event will allow students in 3rd year, 2nd year, and 1st-year students to hear about the PEY experiences of current and past PEY students. This event will be on bb collaborate where there will be breakout groups for different civil engineering streams: Structural, Construction, Transportation, Municipal and Water, Geotechnical, Energy, and Building Science. Each of these Breakout rooms will have 2-3 upper-year panellists who will talk about their PEY experience and share job-hunting tips. Attendees can choose which breakout room they want to go to by selecting the stream name on Bb Collaborate. Break out room duration will be 20 mins long and there will be 3 rotations. By the end of the event, attendees will have had the opportunity to explore 3 different civil streams by hearing about the experiences of PEY students.
There will be PEY student panellists from various companies: HDR, IBI, Arup, LEA, WSP, GFL, OPG, Stantec, City of Toronto, and many more!
